Make intellisense favour case sensitive matches

So in this screenshot, I'd like the local variable diagnostics to be the default item here.

Ideally, this would be supported by fuzz-aldrin, but it doesn't appear as though that's possible right now. We should either re-order so that the case sensitive matches come first (but preserve order otherwise) or select the best fit from the list (highlight the 2nd item).
