Hi everyone,
I would like to inquire about the implementation of intrathecal (lumbar puncture)/interventricular administration in PKsim or Mobi.
Initial thoughts (Not necessarily reasonable) are:
Intrathecal (lumbar puncture)→Construct a new CNS compartment and build a separate "subarachnoid" compartment?
Interventricular→Target organ: Brain and Target compartment: Interstitial?
