Intraperitoneal administration in PK-Sim

Hi everyone,

I am trying to develop a mouse model in PK-Sim and the route of administration is IP. As there is no explicitly defined IP route, which one would be the best administration protocol? I was following this discussion #1187 which suggests the use of portal vein or muscle/skin interstitial compartment. But I am not sure how to adjust formulation building block? Should it be a first-order but then I don't know the half-life of the compound in the selected organ/compartment. Or should I try to use the option 'dissolved' in the formulation building block?
