dose reconstruction in PK-SIM

Hi all,

I am planning to use PBTK model to explore the real exposed dose of a chemical. I am going to use the obtained exposed dose for further research on mice. In summary, I have a large dataset of single spot urinary concentrations of the chemical in humans along with biometric data, My final goal is to use this urinary data to model the exposed doses and then extrapolate it to animal equivalent exposed dose for an animal study. So I am going to use an existing model to reconstruct the exposed dose and then extrapolate these obtained human exposure doses to equivalent doses for animals. I made the model in PK-SIM using data from paper. However, I am very new to this complicated field, and I’ve run into questions and uncertainties that I’m struggling to resolve. I was wondering if anyone might be able to assist me with this modelling. I would really appreciate any time you could spare to assist me.
