Even though the source code is open, it's not clear under what license it is.
So far (without a license notice), it's proprietary and under the rules of strict copyright ownership by "the contributors".
As the project is currently tightly integrated with BWAPI, which is LGPL 3, I assume it has got to be compatible, so I'm gonna release a fork under GPL3! SUE ME!
