I was reading about the updated german EEG 2023 and I was wondering to which degree we can represent the terminology or even some statements in the law. I found some interesting cases.
For example §3 number 1 of the EEG 2023:
This means that axioms for
Anlage
in the EEG would be something like:Anlage

etc ...
The case of
Solaranlage
is particularly tricky because in the law itself there is a recursive definition:Ther is probably a reason but seems pretty tricky to implement in an OWL ontology.
