Add oeo-info mailing list to README.md ?

Shall we add the new oeo-info mailing list to the README.md, e.g. in a new section on the bottom?
This could be a low-barrier mean for people to stay in touch and informed about relevant OEO news.

Currently it is possible for anyone subscribed to send around emails via the mailing list. Publishing the list like that might result in spam...
