Add epoch tag

To be used in case of orbital elements where the phase is given by mean anomaly/longitude, or dynamical solutions.

Currently I think it would be best to put it on the planet level, in order to future-proof against cases where orbital solutions at different epochs need to be combined (e.g. for planetary systems around different stars in a wide binary)
