Description
Some customers need/want to have a network traffic mirroring to have a possibility to analyze it via external tools.

Use case
Mirror OpenNebula VMs network traffic to have a possibility to analyze it via external tools.

Interface Changes
One needs to have corresponding changes in corresponding OpenNebula components

Additional Context
Such functionality is already implemented on the OpenVSwitch level. One needs to add a possibility to manage it via OpenNebula.
