I don't know how to compile source code. If I want to use version 2.4.11 in OpenWRT, where can I download the IPK file?

cups/cups-filters is packaged in entware for all its supported architectures, along with ghostscript/poppler and some popular printer drivers.
You won't be able to directly install it in OpenWrt though, you'll need to install entware first. This is possible to do in OpenWrt, use "alternative installation script".
