Describe the bug
If motion with an attachement is exported as PDF, the URL in the pdf file is wrong. It shows only the instance URL not the file url.

How to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. open a meeting
  2. open motions
  3. create a motion and add an attachement to it
  4. oepn the motion list -> export the motion as pdf with the attachement

Expected behavior
The URL in the PDF should have the complete URL of the file. Not just the instance URL.
