Meetings > Filter: Add new filter 'Status'

Current behavior
Meetings could have different statuses; like archived, public or closed. Some of these statuses have already integrated filter options; like archived and public. The closed status misses a filter option.

Wanted behavior
A new filter should be added in the meetings menu, which aggregates these different statuses in one filter option. The name of it should be 'Status'. The filter options should be 'is archived', 'is not archived', 'is public', 'is not public' and 'is closed'.

With this change we would have a new filter option for closed meetings and we have all status variants bundled in one filter.
