1. Role-based access security to limit user access to the forms they are responsible for. The exact access criteria need to be defined, and it might be linked to either consent form type or the group/location uploading the samples. If limited to the group/location there needs to be some provenance for the forms in terms of which group/location uploaded them in the first place. Potential that one person within each group could manage the users in their site.
