The following files can be used as keys between coded drug dose combinations provided in SIR and CPRD output files.
Each description field lists active ingredient 1 (alphabetically ordered, not ordered in terms of dosage) followed by dosage in mg, then active ingredient 2 if 2 drugs prescribed simultaneously within the same drug family, followed by dosage of active ingredient 2, etc.
The following abbreviations are used in file names:
AA: Aldosterone Antagonists
ACEI: ACE inhibitors
ANT: Antimicrobials
ARB: Angiotensin receptor blockers
IMM: Immunosuppressants
LOOP: Loop diuretics
NEP: Other nephrotoxins
THI: Thiazide diuretics
