Addon Launching Update

You can now select a checkbox to run addons.
Right mouse button will now allow you to launch your addons.

Fix Download Bug

Left a hardcoded String in, woops.

Minor PAL2 Update

After I released 1.0.1 I realized I still had some old dependencies from the original PAL, so I removed them, I also removed the code for the client as it wasn't implemented anyway.

This also gives me a good excuse to test the updating of the program :)
