Extend Hypothesis test suites

We noticed in #168, that we did not test at least PyDynamic.uncertainty.interpolat.interp1d_unc against all possible calls with default parameters. This caused a very simple call to always fail. We should check, if we covered all possible calls with unspecified parameters, resulting in defaults, for all functions we test with Hypothesis as well.
