Regarding to #592 I am looking for another way to solve the issue. Is there any other way to define the goal for my local planner in offboard mode? I tried allready following example:

https://dev.px4.io/v1.9.0/en/ros/mavros_offboard.html

but the issue remains the same. x and y of goal parameter is defined correctly, z remains 0.
