STM32F427 rev.5 reported incorrectly

We recently had a batch of STM32F427 rev. 5 MCUs, which are not currently properly reported by PX4. The result of this is a warning message about silicon errata, which is not actually applicable to this revision.

According to https://www.st.com/resource/en/errata_sheet/dm00068628-stm32f427437-and-stm32f429439-line-limitations-stmicroelectronics.pdf, both rev. 5 and B share the same REV_ID code.

To Reproduce

1. Use an FCU with STM32F427 rev. 5 MCU;
2. Run ver all in the MAVLink console;
3. Observe silicon errata message.
