Fixes:
trim parameters were clamped at 0.2 (100 PWM) without any message to the user. I changed this to allow an arbitrary trim which is clamped to 1.0 (500 PWM).
'pwm info' was not returning the actual trim values from the mixer. This is fixed as well.
