This is a nice-to-have issue for the MS5.3 (software release). It would be great if we could provide docker compose scripts (or simple dockerfiles) that use an image with libpyvinyl (make such an image) as base image and then pull in either simex or mcstasscript and the example notebooks from the respective repo.
