How to set use multiple cores in MacOS when using the PaddleOCR?

I have already set the use_mp and total_process_num，but process only use 1 core.
The commands used:
paddleocr --image_dir ../images --use_angle_cls true --lang en --use_gpu false --use_mp true --total_process 6
