Allow Structs/Unions/Enums to have multiple names (stored in multiple Constants)

• Original name from struct NAME { … } may be nested.
• Name inferred from Inner structs/unions/enums use the name of the outer struct/union member if no other names given #11 are nested. (They won’t have typedefs, except perhaps typedefs of their clones.)
• Typedef alias names are top-level because … they are.
