Show link to previous conversation

This feature adds the ability to start a new message conversation. It adds a new header to show the previous conversation that triggered this new conversation when this happens. It would be great to be able to show a link to the previous conversation in the ServiceInsight visualizations.

Ideally when I click this link, it takes me to the previous conversation with the triggering message highlighted.
