Show new conversations

This feature adds the ability to start a new message conversation. It adds a new header to show the previous conversation that triggered this new conversation when this happens. It would be great to be able to show the first message in these new conversations when they occur.

Clicking on one of these messages should move the visualization to the new conversation with this first message selected.

NOTE: To do this, we will need to query ServiceControl via Previous Conversation Id
