This action allows you to run the Slither static analyzer against your project, from within a GitHub Actions workflow.

We can also add "hardhat-test" to run the unit test cases while pushing to the main branch.

Waiting for my other PR #48 to be merged. Once that is incorporated, I would be able to raise a separate PR with these changes.
