Finished books reset to "now listening," but at 100% completion

Overview

When a book is finished and in the "completed" section: sometimes it is moved back to the "now listening" section while still reporting as having been fully read.

How to reproduce

1. Listen to a book to completion, or mark the book as finished
2. Close Voice (such as force stop or rebooting the tablet)
3. Open Voice
