Fortify is unable to connect with Smartcard

We are trying to set up YubiKey with Windows but getting an exception stating that "Fortify is unable to connect with Smartcard". Details are provided below:

OS -Windows 11
Browser - Firefox 108.0.1
Yubikey - YubiKey 5 NFC
