RSSI Detectors not working

I didn't manage to receive any meaningful signal from RSSI outputs. Two possible reasons for this:
a) Bad soldering of 6-ball BGA chips
b) Poor coupling from the main line.

Nothing I can do about it in this revision. In the next one, I'll try to put coupler and RSSI detectors on different board.
