Based on the Firmware v1.6 and the description provided how to compile it, I followed the steps.
I used the DEBUG profile and enabled the setting to create a binary file. This file I used for updating to PiJuice using pijuiceboot. But that's not fully working. Seems that the own compiled firmware restarts randomly each minute or quicker. Also the size between the offered firmware and mine differs (mine is smaller).
Do you have instructions how to compile properly?
The RELEASE profile doesn't compile without error (includes and settings missing) and it seems to make no difference in the binary file (only elf and hex file changes) if DEBUG or RELEASE profile is used.
Reason for compiling my own version is to get rid of the battery temperature issue when battery is located far away from the PI. It seems that PiSupply is not working anymore on this firmware respective hardware and I want to help myself.
Thanks.
