[new feature] Add a way to update disk size

Hi,

I'd like to be able to change the size of my Cloudypad deployment event after the first deployment.
It's sad that once my deployment is done I can't simply enhance the disk size to be able to install more games.

This can be changed in the console of your VM provider. I used AZURE and I was able to change the disk size and it was picked up by cloudypad.
