Here for the rumpling plot I have "atomic plane #" on the x-axis. It should be "atomic column # along x-axis" or something similar. https://temul-toolkit.readthedocs.io/en/latest/polarisation_vectors_tutorial.html#for-single-polarised-sublattices-e-g-lno
