To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run $ gex in a repository that includes a submodule with changes that are not committed.
Error: strange diff output

Caused by:
    Parsing Error: Error { input: "(commit or discard the untracked or modified content in submodules)", code: TakeUntil }

Additional context

$ gex --version
gex 0.3.8-dev (86e0e8b87d847906deef42e6b60d265547b7bbeb)
