Some members' photos are wrong.

I would prefer photos to be with the same aspect ratio, preferably 1:1

I think it would be nice to have a uniform aspect ratio, but the problem is we need to either crop automatically, which is not good as we won't know if we crop a face, or ask everyone to upload 1:1 photos, which is very hard.
