Missing Poltchageist/Sinistcha form data #984

Sinistea and Polteageist each have an entry for the Phony form and one for the Antique form.

Poltchageist only has one unnamed form entry, instead of Counterfeit and Artisan forms.

Sinistcha only has one unnamed form entry instead of Unremarkable and Masterpiece forms.

Done! I also updated the order field for the other DLC pokémon accordingly.

This wrong data was introduced by me. I also noticed the issue a few days ago. However, there was no time to fix this.
