Can we start getting more checks before moving things to Master? If a batch script that breaks three-conditions in to execution because someone messed up path-handling can make it in anything can.. Referring to updated install-bat.

Also more features are being added to configs and only about 20% of the original are actually documented. People who want to do their configs right are left to reverse engineer all the python code using grep searches..
