How to unban permanent ban of Pokemon Go Bot

Is there any possibility to unban an account permanently banned Pokemon Go?

I used the bot, but recently was banned, wanted to unban the account to play, now without the bot. Because it is difficult for me to create a new account because I use Windows Phone (with PoGo).

Yeah, permabans are pretty end-all. I mean, if their response to a month-old customer service request involving an actual bug in their game that caused a user to lose money, was "r"...
