File already exists widow is not in foreground (Windows)

Hello,

I'm using rfd to handle opening and saving files and one of my users encountered an issue on Windows
When trying to save a file to an existing one, and the warning dialog did not appear in foreground but in background.

It seems to have appeared in a recent update of rfd.
