Some tools like web-component-tester and eslint are already integrated into PSK. What about integrate Lighthouse (https://github.com/GoogleChrome/lighthouse)?

It wouldn't be too hard for someone add a gulp command that runs LH. We have an example https://github.com/GoogleChrome/lighthouse/blob/master/docs/recipes/gulp/gulpfile.js.
