On Windows TypeError: parse5.Serializer is not a function

Hi all,
i was watching this: Polymer/polymer-starter-kit#62 but the console give me this error:

TypeError: parse5.Serializer is not a function

Can you list the version of vulcanize you were using (npm ls) and the version of node (node --version) you have?

Well, i solved this reinstalling PSK.

Now i started a new project without problems.
Vulcanize version: 1.14.8
Node version: v5.1.0
