User Story

As a new CBDC Issuer/Regulator on the S3.Money platform, I want to complete the CBDC Issuer/Regulator registration form accurately and efficiently so that I can successfully initiate the onboarding process for my institution.

Description

The CBDC Issuer/Regulator registration screen captures basic institution details and contact information. Users fill out a form with the required fields (marked with *) and click "Submit." A success pop-up confirms registration and offers a CTA to return to the user type selection.

Acceptance Criteria

• Required fields should be marked with an asterisk (*) or similar indicator.
• Implement proper form validation for required fields and data types (e.g., email format for work email).
• A success pop-up should be displayed upon receiving a successful registration response from the backend.
• Clicking the CTA button should redirect the user back to the user type selection screen. (Navigation logic based on user interaction)
