Doc links in prefect web app (ui) redirects to outdated docs link

Bug summary

If you click on the docs link, it refers to https://docs.prefect.io/concepts/blocks/,
Clicking on the link redirects you to https://docs.prefect.io/v3/get-started/index, instead of https://docs.prefect.io/v3/develop/blocks

Same with automations docs link
