Porting DML 2.X to mono

-Switched from Visual Studio 2019 to 2022.
-Started the porting to mono, with the current target being Debian/Ubuntu/Linux Mint. Further linux distros support and Mac OS compability is planned for the future.
-The DML 2.X logo .ico in the upper-left corner of most forms has been removed has it crash DML when is running under mono.
-The VersionForm has been removed as the updater crash DML 2.X when is running under mono.
-As the winform listbox controls acts a bit different in mono then on the standard .net framework 3.5,  a few fixes have been applied to the mod list in MainForm.cs and the list in the FormMod.cs to avoid weird behaviour and crash...
