Closing as I've forgotten I had implemented this already in a similar way (hold down the CTRL key while moving UP/DOWN)

Reopening as the user that suggested that feature would prefer a single-key solution. Note that the CTRL solution will still be usable as the pageup/pageDown will be an alternative not a substitution
