Support new Workflow Request event data structure

Description

Fixes #421

• Integrate Messaging Library 1.0.0 to replace CallingAeTitle and CalledAeTitle with a DataTrigger and a list of DataOrigins.
• The FileStorageMetadata object includes a DataOrigin property to note where the file originated.
• The Payload object also includes a DataTrigger and a list of DataOrigins; the DataTrigger would always be the service that creates the Payload objects.

E.g., when a DIMSE C-STORE comes into the system, the DataService is DIMSE in the DataTrigger object. In addition, when a file is added to the payload object, it ensures the origin of the file is added to the list of DataOrigin while maintaining the uniqueness of origins in that list.

Take ACR request as an example: the DataService is ACR for the DataTrigger object, while the DataOrigin list will likely include origins like DIMSE, DicomWeb, FHIR, etc... depending on the requested data.
