Overview

We should definitely make sure we support loading Web Assembly (.wasm) format out of the box.

Details

Would just need to follow pattern of our standard javascript plugin, and presumably just look for .wasm and return with application/wasm?

  1. Create a WASM plugin
  2. Add a test case in develop and serve scenarios

Would likely want to get this in ASAP after #948 lands since the API for resource plugins is changing a bit
