[Enhancement] Prevent constant server overloads

ProtonVPN is the only VPN I trust so I will continue to use it until that changes but unfortunately it's also the only VPN I've used where the servers consistently get overloaded and force me to manually reconnect to another server when I notice that things aren't loading any more. It gets really annoying when this happens frequently and messes with my productivity. It would be really good if it either prevented others from connecting to a particular server if it is on the way to being overloaded, or automatically switched me to another one when it does get overloaded.
