Acceptance Criteria:

Add a widget to the UI to display badges on the profile pop up.
Create a sample UI database containing all necessary information to display badges, similar to the MapPinDetails (Icon, description ...).
Ensure the new data class uses the model dataclass created in issue Badge model #294.
Create a sample view model that exposes a list of the newly added data class.
Test this basic sample view model with mock data
Update the Penpot design accordingly.
