git init -- starts the git process
git status -- show current git status

git remote add origin -- origin is a alais for the the url or git link
git push -u origin master -- -u sets the upstream so you only need to run git push next time
git branch -- lists branches
git branch (branch name) -- make a branch in that name idk
git checkout -b (branch name) -- makes new branch and switches to it
