please is there a way to use intel quiksync HW encoder on Windows? FFMpeg does support it with ease, -c:v h264_qsv is enough to get this to work. Unfortunately, it seems to me pyav may not support this encoder at the moment(?) Wouldn't there be any workaround perhaps (some directX interface or whatever)?
Reason - there are nice single board computers with intel CPU's - e.g. https://www.lattepanda.com/lattepanda-3-delta
-- HW enc is way faster and most likely takes less energy, which is helpful when running on batteries; as the CPU is likely pretty weak, HW enc may be the only way to go there, though.
Any help very welcome, thank You so much in advance!
