Aren't built distributions support any more av<=8.1.0 on the PyPI?

My environment:
Python 3.8.10
Windows 10 x86_64 / Linux Ubuntu 22.04

I'm using av-8.1.0 for my project. But the build pipeline setting up python requirements was broken few days ago.

I got few link errors regarding to ffmpeg library. I found 8.1.0 version does not provide built whl files.
So, I have been finding "why" for a while. However, I cannot find any hints of the end of service, whether it was provided before, or whether just my environment had been broken.

I suspect the built distribution of av-8.1.0 has been over recently. Is it true? I just want to know the circumstances.
